LOCAL DELIVERIES WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

An additional nationwide flat rate of R80 will be charged per order for the courier.

If you live within Cape Town and surrounds, the courier will be R50.


DELIVERY TIME FRAME

For Made to Order items on the site, please allow 5-7 working days (this excludes Saturday and Sundays and Public Holidays) for your order to be made before shipping. Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 1-3 working days once full payment has been received.

When your parcel is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have received this e-mail, please allow up to 1 working day for Cape Town deliveries, 2 to 3 working days for major city centers (JHB, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Durban, Bloomfontein) , and 3-5 working days for outlying regions (Knysna, Plett, Kimberly, Limpopo, Upington). You will also receive e-mail updates from our courier company until your parcel reaches you.

Although I strive to get orders shipped in the allocated time frame, there are occasional exceptions. Being a small business of one, I ask that you understand that each piece is made by hand and takes time to make before shipping off to the customer.

During the holiday season, our couriers may experience higher than normal volumes, which can delay the delivery date and it is not always possible to guarantee the above time frame. Please understand that delivery may take longer if this occurs.

Please note if you have purchased both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items in the same order, your order will take the same processing time as made-to-order items (5-7 working days).

If you are needing something in a hurry, please to not hesitate to contact me. I occasionally have some of the listed made-to-order items in stock and ready to ship.


DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note that our courier can not deliver to a Post Box and a physical address is necessary for shipping within South Africa. Please provide detailed and correct contact information as we will not be held responsible for extra costs should a product be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options including PayFast and Bank Deposit for local orders.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect your parcel once you have received it. I would recommend refusing the package if it has been opened or tampered with. The only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact me. I will help on a case-by-case basis to resolve this issue.
